• Rigorous cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, including the most commonly touched items such as light switches, televisions and remotes, door handles, desks, chairs, toilets, showers, and faucets. Hand sanitizer sachets are also provided as an added amenity in our guest rooms
• Frequent sanitization of high-contact points, such as door handles, reception counters, bathrooms, and conference room
• Heightened cleaning protocols for high-traffic areas such as the front desk, breakfast area and pool using higher grade disinfectant
• Hand sanitizing stations located in high traffic areas such as hotel lobby, front desk, breakfast area, guest laundry, elevator area.
• Changes in breakfast offerings - “Grab & Go” replacing buffet. Serving individually wrapped breakfast items to prevent contamination. Frequent disinfecting high touch items like coffee pots and buttons of juice machines.
• Regular cleaning and disinfecting of all fitness center equipment and pool furniture.
• Key drops for guests’ use during departure.
• Social distancing measures in all common areas and at the back of the house operation
• Regular training of our employees ensuring proper hand hygiene and awareness of COVID-19. This is vital to help combat the spread of viruses and the health of our employees and guests.
